- It's 2 cups of rice(any variety).
- Prepare 2 cups of toor dal.
- It's 1/2 cup of masoor dal.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of bellar dhal (avarai parupu).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of (2 tbsp: horesegram,Fenugreek seeds, broad beans).
- You need 1 of thumb size ginger.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of jeera.
- Prepare 4-5 of green chillies as per spice tolerance.

- Take a big container and add all the dal varieties.
- Add water till brim of the vessel and soak the dal,ginger,green chillies, jeera over night.
- At morning rinse the water. Note: please use a filter so that the jeera seeds ginger green chillies are not wasted.
- Take a mixer and grind it into fine batter.Add salt and mix well.The mixture will be semi solid. It can be diluted with water as per your preference.
